Appearance Requirements

  1. The casing material, surface treatment, external dimensions, etc. shall comply with the requirements of the drawings.
  2. The plastic shell substrate and surface coating should not have dents, cracks, fading, paint peeling and pollution, nor should they have obvious deformation and scratches.
  3. The surface coating of the metal casing must not expose the underlying metal, and there must be no blistering, corrosion, scratches, coating shedding, sand holes, etc.
  4. Parts should be tightened and not loose, and metal parts should not be rusted or otherwise damaged within the declared life cycle of the product.
  5. Trademarks, names, models and text descriptions should be clear and correct.

 

Mechanical Structure Requirements

The mechanical strength and rigidity of the casing and frame should not show obvious deformation during pressing, plugging and unplugging and other operations during normal use, and the fit between the casings should be firm and reliable.

 

Label Abrasion Resistance Requirements

The label should be able to withstand wiping with water and n-hexane, and the mark should be clearly legible after wiping.
